The Death Of Nasty Habits.
My first day of quitting smoking, so far so good. I haven’t had a cigarette as of yet although the urge is definitely fucking there (I smoke around 30 a day). My plan of action is to drown myself in coffee and keep my hands busy.

Smoke And Water Vapour.
Just ate my body weight in crumpets they’re so nice! Going to roll a few cigarettes and smoke them whist I’m in the shower as my body gets used to the temperature of the water. Split Ends.
I need a hair cut. The ends are all split and unkempt and my fringe is being defiant and keeps magically parting itself in the centre. If I leave it too grow for any longer I’ll start to resemble a 90’s Robbie Williams. Hilarious? Yes. Socially acceptable? Not so much.
